Jocelyn Arm Update

Jocelyn is doing much better! Jill, Joc, and I visited Children's Hospital this morning to meet with a doctor to decide what to do about casting Jocelyn's arm. After running a couple of tests, the doctor didn't believe that Jocelyn wasn't in more pain. He referred to the Xray several times, and then pushed on her arm and asked Jocelyn several times if it hurt...each time she just smiled and say No! Therefore, we are believing the bone is healing faster and healthier than the initial doctor thought. The doctor recommended that a cast was not necessary and wants us to keep her arm in a sling and bandaged for three weeks just to make sure. Even better, before bedtime tonight, Jocelyn yelled to all of us, "Hey everybody look what I can do!". She wanted to show us that she could lift her arm above her head all by herself with no pain! God is good :-)
